Delivery and Returns
The standard UK delivery charge is £5 with free UK delivery on orders over £40.
Glass is carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail and standard mainland UK delivery will generally take 5 working days. However, many items are produced to order and may take longer so please allow up to 10 working days, especially during busy periods.
We are based in the South-West of England so areas of the UK which are most distant, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any of the UK's islands might typically take an extra day or two to arrive.
If you would like to discuss other needs with me, for example, if you live outside the UK or need a faster delivery, please ring 07712 648331 to confirm stock availability and delivery options and costs.
Mainland furniture delivery up to a distance of 150 miles is free. If in doubt, please check on Google Maps or similar, using the postcode GL6 9JW. Please note that this does not include any unavoidable congestion, parking or similar charges for which we will pass on the direct cost.
If you would like delivery beyond the 150 mile limit, please contact me before purchase to discuss options.
We deliver each item of furniture personally. We spend a lot of time and care making each item as perfect as possible and have had very poor experiences with entrusting furniture to couriers.
If you are local to Minchinhampton, you are of course welcome to collect your purchase. I do not have a shop but would welcome you at my studio, where you could also see where and, to some extent, how, your glass is made. The picture shows the view from the studio with my kiln in the foreground.
Please contact me beforehand to discuss your plans and I will amend the delivery cost and keep your purchase aside for you.
Cancellation and Returns
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 28 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or ringing 07712 648331.
As soon as possible after receiving your return, we will refund you by the original payment method for the item's cost and its delivery charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing email@example.com. It would be helpful if you could include a photograph of the damage. Please also let us know whether you would like a replacement or a full refund.
If you request a refund, we will refund you by the original payment method as soon as possible. If we ask you to return the item, we will reimburse you for the postage cost.
If buying direct, payment can be made on delivery/collection by cash, PayPal, contactless credit card or bank transfer.
